Shipping policy

All orders are shipped promptly upon processing.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you find any visible damage or defects, notify us within 2 business days of delivery at 772-398-5644.
In the event of a damaged or defective item, we will replace it and cover all shipping costs (both ways).
We do not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Do not refuse delivery of a shipment. Refused packages will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus all associated shipping costs.
